Break through ​
New paintings for 2023 together with a LionAid update. The work to install solar lighting to the initial manyatta's (homes of the Maasai) was completed last year and todate there has been No predation (the killing of lions due to stealing of livestock) which is fantastic news. I'm working with LionAid to help fund other manyattas to enable the Maasai and lions to coexist in harmony. So, this new piece is called 'Break through' as the team have certainly achieved a great solution. Well done to all of the Kilimanjaro team. See link to video below. ​
LionAid Kilimanjaro Challenge
We made it. At 8:28am on the 25th July 2022, I summitted Mount Kilimanjaro - the highest mountain in Africa at 5985m - with the LionAid team. Thanks to all who gave generously we raised over £30K to protect wild Lions. August 2022
